Capital drills new bore to produce local water supply

Capital Drilling Limited (Capital) have recently made life much easier for local villagers, partnering with Kudu Resources (99.95% owned by Tanga Resources Limited) to drill a new water bore at the Tanga village, near the Kudu exploration site in Tanzania.

Capital completed drilling to establish the bore, known as Jacks Bore, while Tanga Resources paid for the remainder of its construction.

In late October, the bore commenced production, providing the local community with 4,000 litres per hour of clean, fresh water. Previously, locals were carting water from a bore ten kilometres from their homes.

Community leaders and local citizens have expressed their appreciation to Kudu Resources and Capital Drilling for the new water source, and the difference it will make to their daily lives.
